I'm a 64 year old retiree and needed some pressure wash service. I found Clean Pressure Wash on their website and called for an estimate. Chris, the owner was here the next day promptly at the time arranged. First, to see his trailer and equipment was impressive. After 64 years, I'm a pretty good judge of character and I knew immediately that Chris was a honest and trustworthy businessman. His bid for the work was beyond fair. I immediately agreed expecting the costs to be double. He then asked when I wanted the work done which resulted in him starting the job within an hour. The work he did due to the state of art equipment he uses would have taken me all day with a standard spray wash. The job took him just over 2 hours and the quality of the result was far superior to any spray wash. Trust me, if you do your own pressure washing, sell your equipment and stop wasting your time. You will be impressed and meet a quality individual in the process.

As a property manager for large retail shopping centers, we have many challenges, among the greatest is maintenance.
